Because Toledo products are freshly prepared food items, our return and refund policy works differently from that of a store selling non-perishable goods.

Change of Mind

Due to the fresh and perishable nature of our products, we generally cannot accept physical returns or exchanges simply because a customer changes their mind after an order has been made or delivered.

Cancelling Before Your Made On Date

You may request to cancel your order up until the day before its scheduled Made On date.

If you have already paid and the cancellation is accepted within this period, your payment will be refunded.

Once the Made On date has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible because your order may already be in production.

Changing an Order

Changes can be requested up until the day before your scheduled Made On date.

Please contact us through WhatsApp as soon as possible. Changes are subject to product and batch availability.

Incorrect, Damaged or Quality-Related Orders

If something is wrong with your order, please contact Toledo as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours of delivery.

This includes situations where:

• You received the wrong product.
• An item is missing.
• The order arrived damaged.
• There is a quality issue with the product.
• The product otherwise does not match what you ordered.

Please provide your order number and, where relevant, photographs showing the issue.

We will review the situation and may offer an appropriate solution such as a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

The 24-hour request helps us investigate fresh-food issues promptly; it is not intended to remove any rights available to you under applicable Bahrain law.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, Toledo will arrange the refund using an appropriate method.

The time it takes for funds to appear may depend on the payment method or banking provider involved.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or restrict rights that customers are entitled to under applicable Bahrain consumer protection law.
